Set on 6 acres it is 3.5 kilometres from the centre of Healesville, either a 30 minute brisk walk or a 4 minute drive. From the Melbourne GPO, Sunway Farm is 75 kilometres along the Maroondah Highway passing through Lilydale up to Healesville or alternatively via Yarra Glen.
	Come and view the kangaroos and other native wildlife as you walk through the hand built stone pathways. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity as you relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the natural bushland within an hour’s drive of Melbourne City limits.
Take a stroll through the established large treed area around the residence or simply take a dip in the heated swim spa, or enjoy a cool drink on the deck whilst the sun sets.
	Within close proximity of Sunway Farm is Healesville Sanctuary, Badger Creek Weir, Local Restaurants, Galleries, Ballooning, walking tracks and many of the Yarra Valley Wineries.
